A Worcester Automotive Distributor needed to move to new premises to expand both their office and warehouse facilities and Advantage was employed to offer a complete Design and Build solution.
When the customer acquired the property it only housed a disabled toilet. On completion, the Advantage fit-out of the newly constructed industrial ‘shed’, included a storage mezzanine, drylining, fire protection, office partitions, kitchen, shower room, toilet, electrics, data cabling, central heating and carpet flooring.
