New build office for warehouse Goods Out Team in Monmouth.

  • The project required existing doorways in a stud partition blocking before the new build commenced.
  • Stud and plasterboard construction was used in a tape and joint finish that was then given three coats of emulsion.
  • A self supported ceiling was installed in the office with a 600mm x 600mm ceiling tile.
  • An oak veneer door was installed and single window.
  • The project was finished on time and on budget
