  • Complete design and build of a mezzanine floor in Cirencester designed for mixed classroom and storage use.
  • 58m2 mezzanine floor
  • Full CAD/CAM design with structural calculations.
  • Designed to fit above an existing showroom area.
  • Upon design sign off, manufacturing was quickly undertaken and steelwork erected over several days.
  • Once the structure was built, it was then ’fire rated’ and suspended ceiling installed to comply with Building Control Regulations.
  • The classroom was then built on top of the mezzanine using stud and plasterboard with insulation in the cavity. Windows and door installed along with the suspended ceiling.
  • Building control approval undertaken by Advantage making the end to end process extremely straight forward for the customer.
  • All our mezzanines are provided with CE mark certification and full loading and structural calculations.
  • The project was finished on time and on budget
